Artist description
Synergy describes the interaction of two agents such that the combined result is greater than the reaction of each agent working exclusively. This idea spawned the edge-tearing industrial electronic rock group comprised of two beautifully dark creators. Whether harmonious or dissonant the chaotic amalgam of rhythm, melody, and harmony cuts through all that is plastic and replaces it with a true organic entity. No one feeling outweighs another in the dense and sometimes paradoxical fabric that is so carefully woven. Synergy is Chris Durante. Chris obtained recognition for his knowledge of audio production and musical composition upon receiving an Addy Award in 1998 (Musical Score - Instrumental). His performance as an artist has grown exponentially since. The musical energy he draws from and his adept aural skills make him an integral part of synergy. Synergy is Jen Siebenmann. Jen's percussion performance degree and experience bolster her capabilities as a professional artist. The spectrum of her previous performances is rivaled only by her creative diversity and resilient innovation. Her ability to create infectious rhythmically dense textures makes her vital to synergy.

Artist History
This group finds its origins from the once true underground industrial movement MOD12. Seeing the false guise that the former front'person' for this group wore, Jen and Chris initiated an existence all their own. Synergy was liberated from the deceit of its former surrounding of MOD12, and moved from the city of meadows to the city of angels. In the wake of their transition, they have not lost the original syners, who saw their rise from the ashes of the MOD12 in 1999. Soon, they will find retribution for the lies and animosity of their former shell. |
