Artist description "O Quam Tristis ..." is a french band composed with five elements with many experiences in others groups. Their lyrics are taken from the Gregorian Manual. THe Heavenly voices of Katrina and Anna combined with eclectic male chanting in latin, flutes, classical guitars all laden over electro medieval, ethnic music. Musically combining elements of Dead Can Dance, with elements of Hagalaz Runedance, Raksha Mancham, The Soil Bleeds Black, Bel Canto and Les SEcrets de Morphée. A truly medieval experience with touches of contemporary sounds.
