Sure, you could say that about plenty of other bands, but youdidn't, did you? Singer/guitarist JOE CHEESMAN, the driving forc e behind the band, has an innate ability to craft catchy pop tunes. He also knows a good sideman when he hears one: when his previous band, CHRONIC REALITY "passed on", he refused to letdrummer KURT KRUGER off the hook. Similar tenacity was displayed by N Y studio bassist RON (bulldog) BLAIR who, upon hearing CHEESMAN and KRUGER's previous work, demanded to be letin on the action. Anxious to get into the studio with soon-to-be-legendary engineer MIKE PETROW, the triokidnapped RAIN CHORUS guitarist JOHN BYRNE, a long time local scenester who shared high school stages with CHEESMAN. The result: real pop for real people.
