Artist History Totally Terrible Techno is Shooter Morpheus, a Boston based Film Maker/Web Designer/TechnoEngineer extrodanaire. The project came out of the need for a soundtrack for Welcome to the Apocalypse, and turned into an entire album extrapolating on some of the ideas that went into the soundtrack for WTTA.
