Artist History Drew Obar's "Godfather" helped him get his first guitar at the age of fifteen. He showed him some basic chords and a few songs he knew from the 60's. Drew has played ever since, molding his style from a vast array of influences. In 1991 Drew enrolled at Music Tech and graduated from the Professional Musicians Course in Guitar. After graduation he honed his chops and gave lesson to the kids in his neighborhood. Drew is currently writing material for his solo project "Harder Than Janis" and is actively looking for a band.
