Artist History
Back in Jan. 1992 Wolfs Moon Was Founded by Guitar-Player Sammy. The Style Of The Music At That Days Can Be Discribed As "Melodic-Power-Heavy-Rock" Because Of The Integration Of Keyboard-Sounds. The First Demo-Tape "A Dream Beyond A Dream" Came Out In Dec. 1992 Which Was Followed By Several Live-Gigs In 1993. After The Release Of The "Awake in Visions" -Tape In April 1994 Lead-Singer Maxe Left The Band. In Consequence Of That, Our Keyboarder Also Got The Position Of The Lead-Singer On.The First CD "Solitary Lunacy". The Self-Financed Project Got Fine Critics In The Regional Press As Well In Magazines Like "Metal Hammer" and "Heavy, Oder Was". Meanwhile The Keyboarder Left The Band For Musically Reasons. On The Output "Eternal Flame" We (The Band) Offer You What We Really Are: A True Heavy Metal And Power Metal-Band In Tradition To Classic-Acts Like Metallica / Manowar / Iron Maiden / Iced Earth and Overkill (If You Need A Comparision). Stand For What You Are In These Trendy Days! With Constant Line-Up And No Changes In The Music We Established Our Style With The Album Elysium Dreams. With The Latest Album "Black Knight Legacy" (From Oct. 2001) We Continue The Elysium-Storyline.
We have a new bass-player called Marco in the band. Pete left us for private reasons.
In februar 2004 we will record our 5th cd called "TH5:Keep Metal Alive". |
