Artist History
Back in 1995, through a mutual friend, social b and ron b were introduced. They combined their musical interests to form Platinum Playaz. Platinum Playaz released an album in y2k titled, "Set on Seven". They've enjoyed moderate success. However, after careful consideration, social b and ron b felt Platinum Playaz was not necessarily a name that truly represented their music. So, we introduce you to Rule 13. The meaning behind the new name is simple. Like any artist, we would love to rule the charts. The number 13 is purely premonitional. (Friday the 13th, etc.) Sorta tongue and check. We hope the new name and new focus is hype. |
