Artist description
My music is guitar oriented. My musical roots are in the blues and British and American rock from the 60's and 70's. My musical interests later reached out into jazz, and fusion in primarily instrumental format. I later returned to my musical roots and most of the music found here at this site will represent a more traditional pop/rock format of guitar oriented music with vocals with no commercial marketing intent. That is, I play what makes me feel good. I hope it feels good to you, enjoy! |

Press Reviews
Do you remember when the musicians where giving their heart in their music? When they were showing their dreams in their music? When they were playing what their feelings were and not going into the commercial market because of the influence of their label? ORZEK !!! One rare musician these days. This guy is a pure genious musician that gives us the reality of his music and makes us fall into the nostalgia of our "always to be in our head" bands like Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, etc... ORZEK plays what he believes in music and what makes him have fun doing it. This is what I call "a real musician". Musicians are all dreamers, but rare are those that can show their dreams in their music, or that have the "guts" to do it from the heart. ORZEK did it. Orzek, you'll be the inspiration of a lot of musicians. Everyone that is listening to the music (for real, not only the bad habits of following only the down beat) will really appreciate your music. EXCELLENT MUSIC !

Artist's Manager & Producer Quebec, Canada .......................................................................................Sept. 17, 2001 - Shawn Rhodes reviews "Cedar Groves". "Michael has a David Bowie like quality to his voice which is particularly evident on the chorus of this pretty but unconventional ditty. It's somewhat reminiscent of a madrigal. This could hit the Top 40 on the Folk Rock chart."
