Artist History Born from Magic Mike Likey's live Magic and Illusion-shows(which still tour)since 1981, Mike(also a working graphic designer/musician up to that point)decided to incorporate his original soft-rock tunes into the shows.Mike produced and starred in the world's longest-running TV-show("Magic Mike's Castle") about magic, for 9 years, which resulted in successful sales of a self-produced album "Magic Mike" with accompanying children's book, penned and illustrated by Likey; the tunes, of course appeared both on the TV-show and live-concert appearances(and still do!).The end of the TV-show put Mike's next album in 1994 on hold; titled "Myst'ry", the 12 tracks were never released until this year,when Mike released a compilation of 12 re-mixed and remastered versions of some of the songs from both albums! Titled "Magic Mike Then & Now", the album is available on CD, along with "Dear Dad"(a collection of all-acoustic and voice), "Shiner & Moondogg"(includes a completely re-written and full-color-illustrated children's book by Likey along with a CD of narration ands music)The latest release "The Very Best Of" contains the best of the previous CD's.
