Press Reviews
"a collection of snotty yet endearing pseudo-intellectual satire... simple but catchy guitar-based pop-rock... Vocalist Mikey Piontek really shines here as the front man as he talk-sings his intentionally silly yet somehow endearing lyrics." - Todd Spencer, Current (August 1995)

"Give the Velvet Underground a neurotic twang bordering on the silliness of They Might Be Giants and you've got an idea of what Liquid Plumber sound like. It's quirky but interesting... Groovy, catchy and well worth investigating." - bp, Weekender Entertainment (August 1995)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"...more smart ass than Ph.D. candidate modern American composers. ...on one cut, 'Beth=Great,' the musicians, lyrics and planets all hit in sync to produce a smart... and wonderful piece of work." - Alan Goldsmith, AGENDA (October 1995) |
