Artist History
Canadian-born Wolf Mail started playing guitar at the age of ten.
Influenced by players like Elmore James, Billy Gibbons, and later on Mark Knopfler, he played his first professional gig at the age of fourteen to an intimidating crowd of thousands.
At the age of seventeen, he joined Ted Nugent on a European tour. Ted's restless attitude was the basis of Wolf's hard work ethic. In his teens, Wolf relocated to California and spent thirteen years playing the west coast bar scene.
He has developed an intense passion for live performances with a heavy touring schedule, earning him a reputation of burning up the stage wherever he goes. He has played or promoted his band to audiences in more than 16 countries around the world, including the US, Canada, Mexico, France, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Through his travels, he has had the opportunity to play venues with the likes of Robben Ford, Jay Gonzales, and Jimmy Vaughan. The current band line-up consists of Steve McCormack on Bass (formerly with the Jeff Healey band), Gregg Babcock on Drums (formerly with Dave Mason of Traffic and Fleetwood Mac) and Gerald Safarti who has worked with Stevie Ray Vaughan's Double Trouble.
The new album "Solid Ground", currently available only in Europe, was charted in the top 20 albums of the year by Syndicated radio organization, "Bluesnco" ( http://bluesnco.fr.fm ). They are now getting ready to promote the album worldwide, with an upcoming release and a massive tour.
