Artist History Outspoken was formed in the summer of 2000. Guitarist Kevin McCreery and vocalist David "E" Frazier met through an ad on the Internet and formed a songwriting team in Nashville, Tennessee. They began looking for musicians to complete the project and subsequently found who they were looking for in former "What Ever Will" band mates. Guitarist Shaun Kennedy, Drummer Donnie Highland and Bassist Frank Green have helped hone the sound that the band is now known for. The dark edge and melodic vocals recently caught the attention of Atlantic/Lava Records and they signed the band. Outspoken is preparing to record their major label debut in August with the release set tentatively for January 2002. Scott Frazier Management handles the band's business affairs
