Artist History
- Formed in 1992
- Remained 'behind the scenes' until 1996, where the band started to
play live at some local parties.
The band changed their name to 'Horizonte Lied' (previously named Horizonte Limite).
the word "Lied" it's a german word used since XVIII that represents one of the most
important poetic-musical manifestations of all times. (Franz Peter Shubert established
the German 'lied' as a new art form in the 19th century).
- In 1999 the band decides to do something more serious and began the planning
and recording of their debut album 'Reciclaje'.
- Due to 'out of the band' issues, Horizonte Lied delays the recording sessions for
almost 2 years.
- At the end of 2001, the band resume their work in the album 'Reciclaje' and also
starts the recording of an online promotion album 'Memorias de Crónicas Futuras'
- October 2002, Horizonte Lied releases the first single of 'Memorias de Crónicas Futuras'
the 'Destello Inmortal' Maxi-Single.
