Artist History
The band started in July of 1999 as guitarist, TracyBeardsley, and bassist, James Dutterow, brought their lengthy collaboration toa higher level. Writing songs the likes of a Hetfield/Harris child theyestablished the foundation for the s.b.i. concept. Ryan Rader responded totheir need for a powerful vocalist, bringing his raw emotional power and sincerelyrics to the stage. Like an erupting volcano Ryan added his dynamism andenergy to this new rock sound. Jerod Wallace ended a brief musical sabbaticalas he joined the band in November of 1999. Revitalized and anxious Jerodbrought his vigor and monster beats to the scene. With his addition, s.b.i. wasrock solid, a full grown entity. Mitch Dombrausky was coerced from his basementin May of 2000. Mitch added another element of the sound with turntables andsampler that makes s.b.i.'s music so dynamic. With his eagerness to sharpen thecutting edge he fit right in to the unit. |
