Artist History
I started making beats in 1994 when I got a shoddy Gemini 5 second sampler for Christmas. I hooked that up to my brother's 4track and started pounding out the beats. A year later I found an old Roland TR707 drum machine at a pawn shop on Greenmount in Baltimore. In 1997 I moved everything to the digital arena and started hookin up beats on my MAC. Now I use a little of everything to get whatever sounds unique (or annoying). I will sample anything. My goal is to take two things that don't go together and mix em up. It's like orange juice and milk, they dont naturally mix but if you give em a shake they will. But if the milk curdles you'll puke, so it's a very fine line. It's like peril for breakfast. |
