Artist History Doug Byrkit is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist from St. Louis, MO. A veteran of the St. Louis scene for over 13 years, Doug has played in local and touring groups of every kind. His exploits have taken him around the country and the globe gathering the experiences that go into every one of his songs. A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a B.M. in music performance, Doug combines the expertise of a schooled musician with the soul of someone who learned more from doing than from any book. His unique approach and consummate professionalism has earned him the respect of many in the St. Louis area.
