Artist History
Bliss was formed in 1998 with Nick, Daniel, and Josh. They decided to enter a talent show. They had planned to perform the song "bored" by the Deftones, but a few days before the show they decided to play their own song "Lost". They received the award for "Most Popular Act," which helped boost their hopes and raise their goals to higher standards. Because of their success performing their own composition they set out to create new original compositions. Their next goal was to burn their own CD. Nick, who was the singer, songwriter, and guitarist at the time, realized that in order for the band to continue on their gradual climb to their goals a change was needed. They decided to find a guitar player, so Nick could focus more on his vocals. Nick knew of Michael’s’ capabilities, and proposed to Michael that he join Bliss. In June of 2000 Michael joined the band on a "trial basis" but it didn’t take long for everyone to realize Michael was the solution to the problem |
