Artist description
At one time an 8 piece Metalcore act that combined 3 headling acts in the North Western part of Kansas. The group broke up after internal problems and members losing interest in the music. Now, 4 of the original members have started from ground zero, along with a new guitarist. The best way to describe the music that Temperd creates now, is fucking intense. |

Artist History
Formed in mid 2000, Temperd combines 3 headlining acts from Kansas. Undermind, Planet Arsenal, and Negative Thirteen. Undermind was a 6 piece Metal/Cover band that began in mid 1999. Planet Arsenal was at one time the #1 most booked band in Kansas. The 3 piece band was formed in 1997, and one member went on to join the Last Beat Records band, GRYN. Negative Thirteen began in 1994 as a Death Metal band, and then went on to evolve into a Gothic Horror Metal band when they finally split. -13 at one time was the second most booked Metal band in Kansas, and broke the Gothic Metal charts on mp3.com with the song Never Forgotten. Temperd held the Number 1 position on the Kansas Metal charts here on mp3.com for 3 months straight with the song Bodycast. The songs Betrayed, the final mix of Bodycast, and Solitude held positions 2,3 and 4 for over a month!! Temperd started out as a bang with 8 members, and you havent seen anything yet. |
