Press Reviews
Hot on the heels of "All on Faith" comes the second installment..."Faith...Love....Pain?...Trust"....
11 songs of love, devotion, heartbreak and emotion.........
Inspired by Californian drives, rainy days in Manchester, too many transatlantic flights, unrealistic
romantic adventures....Richie Noble delivers an emotionally packed, self deprecating shot of heartache and pain....as if he was injected by that needle at birth.......
Not that he dwells on heartbreak alone, backed by the talented Adam Kelly, he breaks away from his usual solo acoustic tradition to deliver more faithful, upbeat numbers such as "Make me smile, make me stay", "Wastin' Time", and "What Went Wrong"...but heartbreak remains a loyal friend to the Liverpool born singer/songwriter, the longing lament of "Arizona", the emptiness of "He Brings Her Flowers, and the painful denial that belongs to "Sometime in between"..
In short...turn down the lights, light a candle..welcome to a world that travels through Faith, Love, Pain and Trust.....enjoy the ride..... - Manchester Beat (Mp3 radio station...2002) |
