    Press Reviews
Grate "What You Think"(Independent 2003) by Skullcrusher Hailing from the heartland of great metal bands-Sweden-comes Grate with their independent release-'What You Think'. Grate sounds like Bongzilla meets Six Feet Under, the music is heavy, on the slow-paced side, great stoner metal. 'Stateless', 'Yesterday Never Happened', 'Ducktape & Razorblades', are some of my pix off this nine track release. Vocals-(Nick Holmquist, also on guitars) are actually comprehendable-which is a nice change of pace. The music may be simple, not very technical, as they mention in their bio, but it fuckin killz! Recommended for listeners of: Bongzilla, Dead Horse, & Six Feet Under.(SCULLCRUSHER) Deftiger Tobak aus Schweden, wenngleich mitnichten in der Nähe typisch schwedischer Metal-Sounds angesiedelt. "What is Grate? Beautifully disturbing music." (OBLIVEON)
