Artist History Shortly after Scott joined JJ's band Mode, the two started writing songs and realized they needed a different output for their material.They wanted to have a softer feel, with more experimental harmonies and rythyms.Thus RAO was born, and has slowly emerged as the only acoustic duo with bite in the southern CT music scene.
