Artist History Formed in Nov. of 1994, Liquid Image has become an anomaly of sorts in the Atlanta music scene. Liquid Image has been influenced by the atmospheric sounds of The Cure, Joy Division, and Fields of the Nephilim along with the electronic dissonance of NIN, Depeche Mode, and Bjork. Liquid Image has forged a fresh new style in a music world all to familiar with cliché sounds of modern rock. With their introspective lyrics and fusing of pop sensibilities Liquid Image has managed to pierce Atlanta's music scene developing a sound all their own. THE SOUND OF THE FUTURE...The creative core of the band is constructed by multi-instrumentalist Brandon Greene and Mike Sidner With their strong dedication they successfully compose and record all their music. Liquid Image continues to capture their audiences with visual and aural stimulation. In live situations the band sometimes is accompanied by guest musicians, which add to the wall of sound. Throughout Liquid Image's history the band has played numerous headlining and supporting shows in the Georgia club circuit, including The Masquerade, the Point, and MJQ to name a very few. Apart from live shows Liquid Image has conducted air play and interviews on WRAS 88.5(ATL), WVGS 91.9(Statesboro) WREK 91.1(ATL), and WOUG 90.5(Athens. ...The bands music has also been featured at local night clubs such as The Chamber and The Vault Night Club and Lounge. The group also managed to secure a spot at The Atlantis Music Conf. as an alternate band. At present Liquid Image is working on new material as well as playing live show getting ready for their next CD release.
