Artist History
Adam Burke and William Warren formed Desert Knights in order to compose, record, and perform new and traditional music for belly dancers and lovers of global musics. Their first album, "Desert Nights," was honored as "Winner of the 1998 International Academy of Middle Eastern Dance Award for Best Music." The group has performed in a variety of settings, from restaurants and art galleries, to Network and Cable TV and radio broadcasts. They are currently in the studio producing their second album, "Camelback." |
