    Artist History
    1998 Dateline: Trojan Hall. Two Weezer fans with limited social skills meet and begin to exchange ideas. Armed with a portable tape recorder and compaq computer, they record "Revenge of thee Universal Beatnik" 2000 Dateline: Gus Cave Jimmy Bowden Starts trouble. The Jimmy Bowden All-Stars are called in to retaliate. Victory is won. Wire Mothers form and disband without making a sound. Golden Creme Homo Twin forms for one night of disturbing experimental noise on KSCR's Famous Satellite Show. 24-hr. Dave mutates into one-eyed spaceboy. Thousands rejoice. Perculations recorded. A new school year brings a new anthem with "Damien Thorne" 2001: Jed and Dave Found Mulatto Blanco and release a handful of novelty hits. Striped Shirt Math Team forms and a cover of Pavement's "Shady Lane" takes the world by storm. Striped Shirt Math Team's "Cape Cod" promises to shock generations to come. Striped Shirt Math Team Continues recording in their underground lab, releasing a cover of Beck's "I Get Lonesome", the incomprehensible "Spooky 6 Kidpusher (yrahn)", and Mark's new song "Off Key" in a single day.     Group Members
    24-hour dave of one-eyed spaceboy and mulatto blanco fame plays guitar, snare drum, bass, casiotone, xylophone, and anything else he can get his hands on. He also sings. Mark From Utah of Digital Softcore Records is responsible for incidental noises, drum machine, amaturish guitar experimentations, samples, loops, voices, and other sounds.
    Instruments
    a pair of computers, a casiotone keyboard, a rotating supply of guitars and other stringed instruments, a little tykes xylophone, a "borrowed" snare drum, a tibetan singing bell, a toy piano, and a drum machine which we couldn't program to save our lives.
