Artist History RELEESE is a four-piece ROCK BAND who hails from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Having just finished their long-awaited "requested" demo, Releese is well on its way to becoming the most successful band out of the state of Florida in a very long time. With head-pounding melodies and ear-candy harmonies, this quartet's sound has dominated South Florida's music scene for the past 3 years, having shared the stage with nationals such as; 7Mary3,Audiovent, Cinder, Virgos, Fickerstick, John Mayer, Nonpoint,Stroke 9, Soil, Endo, and Dishwalla. Attracting hundreds of people per show, Releese's latest full length LP (releesed June 2002) debuted by selling over 240 copies on opening night. Put these boys on stage and you will witness, first-hand, why they are one of the most sought after unsigned acts in the country.... We live and die by one single motto: Never underestimate the power of belief and persistence. Releese can be heard on South Florida's premier rock station, 94.9 Zeta (CC). The self-titled album has already produced 5 different tracks being aired, thus proving that Releese is as uniquely creative as there are powerful. When it comes to writing great music Releese is, quite simply, a diamond in the rough. Releese has been privileged enough to do three 30 minute live interviews for the station, with the latest one debuting all 3 tracks from the new demo to South Florida’s listeners. Since the releese of the original LP in March of 2001, Releese has sold nearly 2,000 copies of "ghost" while traveling the state of Florida. Other stations currently playing Releese include 99X (Ft. Myers), 92.1 The Planet (Palm Beaches Rock Station CC), and Rock 104 (Gainesville). Releese has also performed acoustically for 88.5 FM RadioX, as well as 103.1 The Buzz in West Palm Beach (twice).
