Artist History
Peg Simone has been playing in New York as a solo performer at venues such as The Knitting Factory, CBGB’s Gallery, Baby Jupiter, Sidewalk Cafe, and Pete’s Candy Store (Brooklyn). Prior to that she had spent several years in San Francisco, CA and Pittsburgh, PA, touring and recording with several punk bands (The Pleasure Heads; Wormhole; The Glamour Pussies) before embarking on her own.In the spring of 2000 she released a self-produced full length CD while 2001 brought the release of a new demo recorded at The Edison, produced by James Murray. |
