Artist History Tha band was born in April 1997, with only four members: Alejandro Patiño (vox), Iván Pérez (guitars), Omar Fernández (drums) and Rodrigo Pérez Segnini (bass). Later Marcus Lansdell (the new bass) joined 808. The band was completely formed when Inti de Manes came and join the band bringing the electronic touch in January 1998. Then, 808 start to walk through the undergrund path of new bands in Venezuela, until getting the second place at VIII Festival Nuevas Bandas (the biggest and most important national music festival in Venezuela)
