Artist History Pretty Boy was started in August of 1999 by Christopher and the band's original guitar player. The band has gone through several lineup changes. Gary joined the band in April of 2000 solidifying the band. Gary went to high school with Christopher's brother Frank, who is in the synthpop group Brand New Idol. Later, Christopher attended the same high school. Christopher and Gary originally met through a mutual friend in early 1997. They later got reacquainted in December of 1999. By April, the two were spending a lot of time together in clubs and just hanging out. That's when Christopher asked Gary to join the band. The band has gone through many trials and tribulations in their quest for perfection. Pretty Boy will not compromise their pursuit of musical excellence. Christopher and Gary intend to conquer New York and, eventually, the world - one new fan at a time.
