Artist History El-Keter & Mr. Vizuals had been building with eachother for years, before finally getting fed up enough with local heads, the industry, hip-hop's decline and life in general that they decided to get serious and form N.O.R.M in 1999. They dropped their debut, Universal Joints in the fall of 2000 and are currently working on solo projects and a second N.O.R.M record.
