Press Reviews PLASTIC HASSLE:6/20/01 All this crowd goer can say is a pleasant "hmmmmm." It's been a long time since Boston has seen anything this original. They flawlessly went from giving the audience an aural trip to playing improv'ed gospel that would make your mama cry. Ms. Tea made us fall in love while telling us to shutup.....literally. After the set, I asked her how much the riot grrl movement had influenced her, and all I got was a snarl as she turned to the bartender, ordered a drink and walked away. It's almost like the godfathers of spacerock gave these kids a handbook, and they memorized it. Then made it better. Check them out! It's an experience. And you will want more. J.
