Artist History Started as Charlotte's Garden in Durango, Colorado, in the early '90s.From there, two members recorded a pair of albums under the name Doctor October.Because all the members scattered to the winds, there needed to be a solution to combine the contributions of the band members across the country.Our music was digitally 'mustered,' and hence the name Digital Mustard.
