Artist History Jesse and Kevin crossed each others' paths in '98 via J.D. McGlothlin (God rest his soul). As soon as Kevin sang harmony to Jesse, a bond was formed that both realized would last a lifetime. It was an incredible mix that gave us goosebumps. Jesse later met Nathan Horne at UVa-Wise. Nathan asked Jesse and Kevin to join him and his band in opening shows for Earl Thoms Conley and Exile. From this group came Jon "Chop" Smith. Then Travis got Jesse's number from Matt Smith's Music in Abingdon, VA. Jesse already had someone in mind to play drums for the album, but a twist of fate lead both Travis and Jesse to Dollywood auditions where they talked for hours before realizing they had already spoken on the phone! It was taken as a sign and Travis is definitely the best final touch that could have been added!
