Artist description Monk With Gun started as an experimental recording session which occurred late 1999 featuring Steve Perkins (drums), Dan Shulman (bass), Bernard Yin (guitars) and Kevin Lee (Theremin and synths). Most will be quick to recognized Stephen Perkins as the acclaimed LA drummer who drove Jane's Addiction and has since been through many projects, most recently: Banyan and Methods of Mayhem. Dan Shulman has tucked away several years as the bassist of Garbage. Bernard Yin is an LA scene veteran with moments in bands such as Samba Hell, Medicine, Spindle and The MiGs. Kevin Lee is one of LA's most clever Theremin players. He has his own project Seksu Roba and also plays in The MiGs. If you don't know what a theremin is, you better crawl out from under your rock!
