Artist description
Equally tired of the vast amount of (regimented, formulated, structured, run of the mill, similar, uninspiring) rock bands on the unsigned and commercial circuits and blown away by the invention, technical skill, ability, passion and sometimes sheer genius of some (not all) of their influences: DeadMethod are a band who appreciate the rewards of taking more time to work together and develop and complicate their music to the best of their ability.
DeadMethods sound is best associated with the Metal and Hardcore scenes.
Dead Method has a much more diverse approach to writing and structuring songs with more variation and contrast than most would settle for, they like to write music that includes dark ambience or melody faced against fast or groove based heavy parts or more disjointed parts to get a really contrasting sound which is both up-tempo and involving but is also emotional and mellow, sometimes at the same time, or immediately after its contrast.
Dead Method basically wants to merge, realise and face different emotions and vibes against each-other in individual songs without it sounding too random. But then again, sometimes they want to write something mental...there are no rules or formula to their music which is the main attraction for them, but hopefully this gives you a better idea of what theyre looking for. |

Press Reviews
"heavy and flowing riffs merged with bouncy drum beats and melodic, full bass lines working beneath a strong and clearly felt vocal" BRITISH METAL BANDS, "a barrage of twisted emotion and dynamic heaviness" CUTTING EDGE E-ZINE, "If they carry on progressing like they seem to be on evidence of their stage presence and new material then I'm sure it won't be long before they join the current crop of bands bursting forward from a very strong British underground. Forget whiny Americans this is the real deal" A2K WEBZINE, "A band showing a lot of good signs within the UK underground scene" A2K INDUSTRIES |
