    Artist History
d.woodaman's first instrument was trumpet when he was sevenyears old; at thirteen he started playing folk guitar, then studied classical guitar, and finally, electric guitar. He played with theseminal Seattle punk band The Shivers, then moved to San Franciscowhere he formed Social Fabric, another original rock band and in theearly 80's joined the gothic band Fade to Black. Shortly thereafterhe played tenor saxophone for the "lounge band from the Kansas Cityof Hell", Bohemian Love Jones. The last full time band he performed with was the Lawn Vultures, San Francisco's favorite off the wall cover band in the late 80's. D.Woodaman now lives in Portland Oregonwhere he tries to write as much music as he can inhis basement studio, the Operating Room, and keep his chopsup on all the instruments he plays: guitar, sax, trumpetkeyboards, sahna (Chinese oboe), and accordion. Oh yeah, he sings too.Note: if you would like to be informed when new songs are posted, please email me!
