    Artist description
Raw42 (a canadian music 'zine) described some of my songs as follows: "slow motion features a slow but groovy dub drum track with sticks and a single, cool harmonic chord laced with delay. it's joined for atmosphere by a combo of rich strings, bird samples (yes, the feathered kind) and tinkle bells. the subtle use of effects adds a lot of class and professionalism to the mix. nicely done mellowness. 10 miles from point alpha is a strange hybrid of a song. it's a slow big beat with trance like musical background. in fact, if superglue upped the tempo and replaced the beat with a 4/4, this would be a fairly standard trance tune. but as it stands, it's a refreshing and interesting change of pace. i like the gritty bass and the power of the kick drum, both of which are clearly defined in this well produced number. the sweeping background noise is reminiscent of a siren and helps to provides a dark edge to this electro tune. picking up the pace is mekaniq, techno oriented and highlighting a host of "digital" sounds. more minimalist in nature than the other songs, some key features are harder to identify in this track even though it's well mixed. the delays on the kick and the short piano melody are well chosen for their purpose, they fit the song nicely. it's a cool little techno number, perhaps lacking some of the skills shown in the above songs, but better than most. time to do it (remix) is a frantic and danceable explosion of melodies and sound effects stopping now and again to take a breather in the form of a lush harmonic pad, stabbing its chords to a breakbeat. tons of variation in this number but it doesn't lack coherence or structure, it still flows from section to section, going from fast to slow without a hitch. well done."
