Artist History
Ka 'Ehu Kai has been together since 1991. Some Ka Ehu Kai Hawaiian Band members have roots in Hawaii. Tennyson Lum's parents are from Hawaii and he spent many summers in Waimanalo (Oahu) with relatives, and Aldon Sanders is from Ewa Beach (Oahu). KEK has been opening concert shows for known artists from Hawaii performing in the San Francisco Bay Area. KEK has traveled from Southern California to Las Vegas to Hawaii and back promoting their own music style, versatility, and unique sound: hawaiian contemporary, reggae, and polynesian jazz fusion, which is becoming a sound of its own. |
