Artist History HAVOC started out playing local parties and clubs in and around Sunnyvale, CA. After opening for suchbands as Metallica, Riot, Tygers of Pan Tang, Steeler, Laaz Rockit, Possessed, Death Angel, and Slayer (well...almost), they were signed by Bill Peters of Auburn Records out of Cleveland, OH. The bands album "The Grip" was released in August of 1985 and was soon re-released in Europe by Germany'sSteamhammer SPV Records. Looks for copies of their 1985 album "The Grip" on eBay.com and Gemm.com.
