Artist History Start DJing for my Church Youth Group way back in 95. Soon start DJing for friends parties. I held my first pro gig at River Gardens Hotel (Amanzimtoti, Durban) on Friday Nights. Things moved on and I have since played at Mad House (Bluff, Durban), Pipers (Amanzimtoti, Durban) - I walked out of a gig at Mr Jones (Amanzimtoti, Durban) because the owners got Jewish on the money, so I got Jewish on the music - DJ's have rent to pay as well. Rivers Excuse: Didn't enjoy DJing for such a diverse audience so I left. Pipers Excuse: Toti Locals don't like clubbing on a Monday now do they. Mad House excuse: Luis is just an arsehole, no other way to put it (with out getting banned from mp3.com). Now I DJ the odd gig where I can incorprate my zaney style with everything from Funky House to Hardcore Trance. If you live near Amanzimtoti look out for posters that advertise Smash! Promotions Parties. I more than often DJ at those in Toti. Oh, and look out for my Partner at the Decks DJ KBK... When the beats is thumping and the dance floors jumping then it's probably his grooves pumping... GO KEV! I have recently added my first Rave under my belt. I got to DJ two sets in the upper dance floor at Code Red. My first set was Tag Team with the legendary Obiwan, and my second set which followed was a solo set which left the dance floor spellbound.
