Artist description
We are just a few young rockers that won't try to become famous by playing whatever type of music is popular at the time. Clover's brand of music is an eclectic mix of American and British rock and roll, with a little bit of garage, blues, and pop-rock influence. Basically just rock and roll music the way it's meant to be played. |

Artist History
Clover was formed in October 1996 by John Weingarten and our first bassist Matt Mesiano, who were eager to head in a new musical direction from their previous band. Guitarist Pete Reisser and drummer Anthony DeCarlo were recruited, and Clover was on its way. Over the past few years, there have been lineup changes, mostly in the bass guitar spot. Our first bassist, Matt Mesiano, left and was replaced by Ryan McConnell. After he left for school, Neil Spencer took over, but he left the group in November 1999. We picked up Mike Pisano in early 2000, who has taken the bass spot over. Guitarist Pete Reisser left the band in early 2002. |

Press Reviews
"As I listen to Clover, I envision a singer jumping into the air and coming down on his knees, rolling around on the stage and into the guitar players, who are themselves bleeding with frenzied playing. Got the visual? Then throw in an organ, which gives them a slightly Garage Rock feel." Mark M. - Listen.com |
