Artist History The 'Boys were formed by Retired Gen. Richard Fierce when he recruited them through highly intensive auditions, apparently they grew up near Three Mile Island and their moms were pregnant with them at the time of the 1979 "coolant loss", which was later discovered to be an actual meltdown. The radiation gave the 'Boys incredible powers.
