Artist History
This site is dedicated to the History of CRASH. Crash was a obscure band from the late 60's, Early 70's that left a mark on at least a few people on Staten Island. Founded by Greg Ford, Bill Delaney, Richy Anderson and Frank Duncan in 1969. They played Dances, Concerts, Battle of the Bands and night clubs through out the NY/NJ area. Richy left in 1971 and Fred Peterson joined in 1973. Frank left in 1975 and Fred left later that same year. Bob Berardi was brought on as Lead guitarist before Fred rejoined in 1976. By then Joe Szutarski was lead vocalist and Keyboard player. Joe left and Bruce Mitchell was brought on as Keyboardist. The final Crash show was in 1977. This site give us all their original material recorded during the years they spent together. Recordings begin in 1971 and end in 1976. |
