Artist History
I started playing guitar around the age of ten with little interest in composition. I then went to college in Pittsburgh. It was there that I realized that playing and learning as many instruments as one can is a good thing. However, I realized that I wasn't really good at any of them, but I enjoyed "pretending" to be an instrumentalist. After college I relocated to New York City where I joined the staff at a small record label. In 1998, I shifted my short-lived attention span to the world of production as well as scoring music for various industrial films. My name only appears in print one time in the history of Western Literature (I was credited as Technical Advisor to an instructional guitar method book entitled "KISS Guide to Playing Guitar" by Terry Burrows). Most recently I've been working on the music for several indie short films. In the later summer of 2001, I joined the super-cool rock band, Gift Shop (www.mp3.com/Gift_Shop). Currently I work at a major record company and spend my days paying attention to where all the EXIT signs are located. |
