Artist description
Started in 1998, The Ploys have become one of the most uprising bands in the New Jersey punk scene today. Opening up for bands such as; The Dropkick Murphy's, Oxymoron, The Ducky Boys, The Drones, D.R.I., The Bouncing Souls, Blanks 77, and The Lower East Side Stitches, The Ploys have a reputation for a strong show with rocking songs, and good stage presence. Despite many line-up changes through the years, The Ploys have stayed with a late 70's style of punk rock (influences listed below). They are a band that is just into having plain fun. In a scene that is divided by political and social differences, The Ploys message of the music coming first goes across all extremes. With catchy songs and honest lyrics, The Ploys play with passion, desire and honesty. |
