Artist description
Daddy Cool & the Groove Bug is an 11-piece funkband from Ottawa, Ontario (Canada). Billed as "an infectious funk-insect...with a soul-shaking bite", their music reflects many musical styles including funk, disco, soul, groove and acid jazz. But ultimately, Daddy Cool & the Groove Bug is all about 'energy' and it's their energy on-stage and in the studio that allows for a sound dripping in acid jazz and funk. |
