Artist description Backdrop is an original band from the suburbs of Chicago. This Band has played many different places in the city and suburbs. Venues include The Metro, The Fireside Bowl, Elbo Room, and also Riley’s Rock House. We are a four-piece band that is diversified by its members.

Artist History It all started around the fall of 99. Eric moved to Florida and wrote a whole bunch of new songs. He came back eager to start a band. Eric and Darren met Chris our Drummer through a mutual friend and started Practicing. We decided to go with it, and eventually picked up a bass player named Pat. Pat quit so we picked up a friend named Steve Mueller. Steve quit, so we eventually ended up with Dan Musa, who is our current bassist. Everything seems to fit real well, so this is how it is now
