Singer Chandrika and harpist/clarinet player
Kat are the best looking band members by far
(even if they say so themselves). But the driving
force behind the band comes from guitarist Joel
with his flamenco tendencies, tabla player
/talc addict Ghoshi, bass player/Jesus lookalike Mel
and guitarist Chemise-with-a-secret.

Artist History
Singer Chandrika set up the band for bit of fun
2 years ago, after spending 6 months bored out of her brain
in the Antarctic. She recruited Joel, who was actually looking for
a "rock bitch", in his own words, but settled for
a folk singer. Kat and Mel followed soon after. Ghoshi
was dragged into the band to do a one-off
radio perfomance on BBC radio London but never left.
Chemise was brought in because of his
handsome face but has proved to be quite a talented
guitarist too. |
