Artist History Was playing air guitar shortly after The Beatles first appearance on Ed Sullivan. Got his first guitar in 8th grade, taught himself to play, formed a band, and was entertaining crowds at county fairs some 5 months later. After 32 years performing all over northern Missouri, Mike retired from active playing in 1994 to start writing. He has two songs under contract in Nashville, his melodies have been descried as 'sophisticated' and his lyrics as if 'life's good'!
