Artist description
This is some phat original shiznit. Tony Ezzy draws from many influences to creat a new (old) funk noize. Driven heavily by analogue synth, most of his stuff harkens back to the funk of the early eightees, but the sound is definately now. Tony likes to eat instant curry and dip rustica bread into it, sometimes he eats it with rice. |

Artist History
Tony Ezzy was roller-skating on the rings of Saturn, when he thought it would be a dope idea to kick some funky shiznit. He came down to planet Earth where he was labotamized by Dr. Zoom. What you will hear is the result of that operation. Baby, let me be your freak forever... Tony Ezzy's Gear: "I use lots of old school Sequential Circuits gear. My drum machine is a sequential drum trax and my keyboard is the sequential circuits six trax. All this gear is straight out of 1983! For the chicken scratching, I gotsez a Fender Strat made in Mexico. My bass is an eighty dollar Profile with a Moxie label taped to it. Email me or keep dropping in on this sight, because my shirt matches my pants. Tony's debut cd is available at cdbaby.com, as well as Zulu records, Boomtown records, and Beat Street, in Vancouver, BC. It's also available at Bull Moose records in Portland, ME
