Artist description
Razing Darkness pursues the constant exploration of the subconsciousness of sound and the subconsciousness of self. Aural elements include: abysmal resonances, transcendent tones, disembodied melodies, blurred rhythms, peripheral glimpses, bizarre juxtaposition, decayed voices, reversed dreams and beautifully terrifying walls of noise. Ultra-sensory stimulation for the id; lo-fi isolationist musick. A portal to the Other. |

Artist History
I began Razing Darkness in 1998 after finding that I was incompatible and disinterested in making music with others. This project provides me with a completely self-indulgent outlet of my innermost thoughts, emotions and imagination. Absolute freedom in the exploration of sound without the constraints of structure and compromises. |
